The new Speedmax 90 Skate Plus 610 is a very lightweight competition ski with an Air Core HM Carbon core and World Cup experience, as confirmed by the RACE CODE seal. This ski is equipped with innovative Cold Base Bonding technology for optimal wax absorption and ease of gliding, as well as a waxable liquid Gliding Sidewall to reduce friction. In other words, this ski provides greater speed for the most ambitious racers. To protect the base, a thin layer of wax is applied to the skis, which must be removed and brushed off before first use. Optimized for temperatures of -10°C or higher.

Care Instructions

Fischer's high-end models are coated with a thin layer of wax after the initial polishing and before delivery to the sporting goods store. This hot wax preparation, in collaboration with VAUHTI, protects the base against dirt and oxidation, ensuring optimal glide. Before using the skis for the first time, this protective wax layer must be removed with a sharp plexiglass blade in the direction of travel, applying light, even pressure, and then brushed with a nylon or combination brush. The base must be completely clean for optimal glide.
