Fine-tune the binding by choosing from 9 different poisitions, 48 mm in total, without stepping out of your skis. Turn the MOVE Rune handle clockwise to move the binding forwards up to 18 mm, 6 mm each position, or counter clockwise to move the binding backwards up to 30 mm. The binding is set with medium flex which easily can be replaced with harder or softer flex. The flex is a flexible pad which provides bending resistance and helps you control the skis.
